Clubs and Extra-Curricular Activities

At Kells Lane, we believe that learning happens everywhere — not just in the classroom. Our clubs and extra-curricular activities give every child the opportunity to discover new interests, develop new skills, make new friends and find their remarkable beyond the school day.

We offer a wide range of clubs across sport, music, performing arts, creativity and wellbeing — something for every child, every term.

Clubs change each term.

Details of what is running this term are below. Sign up information is shared at the start of each half term via School Gateway.

Lunchtime clubs

Three times a week, children benefit from professional sports coaching at lunchtime, funded through our Sports Premium and coordinated by Mrs Parker, our PE coordinator.

All children are able to set up and run their own 'action teams' through our Smart School Council. Children should submit a proposal form to the Communication Team which will then be taken to their weekly meeting for approval.
