National Professional Qualification

An NPQ (National Professional Qualification) is a professional development program in the UK designed for teachers and school leaders. It focuses on building practical leadership skills and knowledge to improve teaching, learning, and school outcomes. NPQs cover different levels, such as NPQ for Leading Teaching, NPQ for Senior Leadership, and NPQ for Headship, allowing educators to progress in their careers while applying evidence-based strategies in their schools.
